Rvised news cast

                                           “ Infinite War Rage ”

In a little town called Justice a publical tragedy occurred. On october 24th, current teenagers Jordan T. And Joey O. played Infinite Warfare the newest Call of Duty. Many people looked up to the new Call of Duty game because “COD is life”. There was a lot of hate before the beta came out reasons why is because, some were tired of exo suits but somehow they are called something else. Another reason is that cod did not stick with the storyline and just added random stuff in. Good reasons are that they have explosive throwing knifes and very good snipes rifles. But many say that it's just rip of halo.

During the game play the two boys figured out that it was just a rip off on Black Ops 3, they raged, they screamed, they even through their controllers at the tv. They thought this would be a better improvement than the previous COD's… but they were wrong. The boys decided to just watch Youtube and forget about it but it was not worth it… the thought of it bugged them and bugged them even more. Plus they added a robotic Harambe…. the boys would soon be confused. The reason why they even played was because it’s a new COD game and they are majestic at COD. These boys hope that COD will justify the gaming of the people and the COD community. Because most of the COD's now of days are horrible and really ruin your hype for COD in general.

Reflection on Q1

Recently i've been able to enjoy reading, many books that are hard  and easy. Because of this I only need one more book for my reading challenge. This is because I got caught up in series of books. For example diary of the wimpy kid and warriors.since there is more than 70 books I moved on to the percy Jackson series. I feel more opened minded when I read because it lets our imagination work harder and better. In movies it helps us imagine things too… it's just that we can visualize more by reading.

Since Mrs.Larson's block 2 class started investigative journalism unit i am now able to write magnificent stories. In my stories I use different content on every scene. I have also been improving on my vocabulary tests. Reasons why is because of my word choice grammar and opened minded thoughts to match the categories. My speech  is very impressive as well as my comprehension.. and it's from my word choice and my opened minded thoughts ( by reading books, and practicing ).

Giver compare and contrast

In the movie the Giver the story is basically the same as the book with slight errors. In the movie it showed, Jonas and Fiona make physical contact and With asher too. He takes Gabe with him when he leaves the community. The reason of this is because he is feeling all of these emotions and all of these memories. He has also been skipping his ejections. I also think that the director wanted more action and twists instead of going of the book. However in the book it made more sense and more seeable than a actual movie. In the book it shows, how he never really got into any physical contact with others. He is much younger and takes time to process his powers. This is because of it all flowing in gently. Why would we rush everything when we still need to think about the readers.

In the book the Giver they have Jonas as a 12 year old boy but in the movie they have as a young adult. I think movie should have him at least have flashbacks when he was younger so we know how he got there. This means the viewers would actually understand the movie. This also might help the viewer understand the book a little more. I have no clue i would choose to be Jonas but we should not have to. This movie should make sense.

In the movie the Giver and in the book the ending was bad because they rushed in everything and just left us hanging. In the book it shows that “it was only a echo” p.180. But what does that mean. And in the book they leave Jonas by a cabin… again what does that mean. Maybe they would make a,part 2. Sure enough many would not be interested because of how bad this one was.

Giver theme

In the book The Giver  Jonas whom is one of the main characters has a dynamic based character, which means through the story he evolves. In the book Jonas has a very plain perspective,” i can't really think of a word to describe my feeling” pg.3 He has no words to describe his feeling because he has know perspective on this “feeling” that he has revealed. However, now since Jonas has started his training he has unlocked many different features. In the book it shows “ Days went by, and weeks. Jonas learned, through the memories, the names of colors; and now he began to see them all, in his ordinary life (though he knew that his life is no longer ordinary)... Jonas began to think he if everything is the same that would mean little choices ‘I want to wake up in the morning and decide on things’ he said”. This means that since Jonas is now noticing a new perspective he will soon notice that the old is basically miserable and that he is happy he was evolving from that, because it basically helps shape his new perspective and his character itself.

In the book The Giver  the theme is basically about importance of memory, the past basically shapes your future and makes your decisions wiser. In the book it shows, “He then pressed his hands firmly on the little one and transferred the memory of exhaustion so he can sleep” p.168, “It's just without memories life would be meaningless.” Pg.105, and “The worst part about keeping memories is that the Lonely ones you must share them or else they cause you pain” pg.154. This shows that without his memory and him knowing the past, he would blinded to the fact he is not expressing his individuality and creativity. His own thoughts are just the thing that expresses as a real life human.
